Productive Data Solutions Inc. was founded in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1987 by Joseph Martinez. Joe’s background and executive positions with companies like TRW, CSC, United Telecom and others, provided the perfect springboard to launch a premier technology services company to provide IT support to leading companies.

Beginning as a small staffing company with a dozen contractors, PDS grew quickly by orchestrating impressive customer wins, acquiring clients like Lockheed Martin, U.S. West, Northrop Grumman and others. PDS expanded to Denver in support of a U.S. Department of Energy contract and additional engagements prompted further expansion.

Within only a few years, PDS grew from several dozen employees to several hundred employees and was supporting contracts across the U.S. PDS Expanded beyond staffing to begin providing certain software development, remote network management, and other IT services.
